1. Who we are
Ebbli Learn is operated by Ebbli, a platform dedicated to empowering Africans to learn practical AI skills and build sustainable income. By using Ebbli Learn you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One account per person — do not share your login with others.
3. What you can do
You may use Ebbli Learn to access lessons, build your portfolio, apply for opportunities, and connect with the community — for personal, non-commercial skill development.
4. What you cannot do
- Copy, resell, or redistribute Ebbli Learn content
- Use the platform to spam, harass, or mislead other members
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Share account credentials or create fake accounts
5. Payments and subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at KES 999. Payments are processed securely via Pesapal. You may cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
6. Content you create
You own the work you create using Ebbli Learn — your portfolio pieces, projects, and submissions. By posting in the community, you grant Ebbli Learn a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.
7. AI features
The AI Mentor and other AI-powered features are provided as guidance tools. They do not constitute professional advice. Always apply your own judgment to AI outputs.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
